Before joining Stansbury in 2014, Craig served in a variety of roles including reading teacher, special education teacher, school psychologist, principal, and school administrator at all levels, K-12. He has also helped schools implement The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and The Leader in Me programs to improve school climate and student achievement.

In 1993, Craig joined the Covey Leadership Center to do research and writing on the book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families. He became a consultant for the Covey Leadership Center and FranklinCovey Company and has often been hired by professional associations for keynote addresses on Principle-Centered Leadership and the full suite of FranklinCovey materials.
