Henry Ponnefz, B.S., M.B.A.
Math, Science, & Spanish Teacher
Henry came to Stansbury Academy in 2014 where he teaches math, science, and Spanish. In 1995, he earned his BS in Chemistry and an MBA in 1999, from Brigham Young University. In 2012, he attended a program to sharpen his French skills in France through BYU. Henry has also taken several groups to Costa Rica and other countries, to participate in cultural charitable projects. He is a volunteer with the non-profit organization Eagle Condor that helps feed underprivileged children in South America. In 2013, he attended a program through The Kennedy Institute in Brussels, Belgium, for the study and understanding of the European Union Government. Henry continues to be involved in several educational projects, like the Cabri computer program, which helps provide additional math support for students.
